Embracing a new normal
It is clear at this point that we’re not going back to the way things were a few months ago anytime soon. Instead, we have to embrace a new normal, and it’s up to each of us every day to decide how best to approach a fluid situation with constantly shifting parameters. That includes putting together a comprehensive, flexible comms strategy.
